FYI on Photocard sizes...

UPDATED:

You can upload the 6x7.5 layout I create on Costco's website...which is even better and more convenient in my opinion! And it's so easy to...simply log in to your Costco photo center account, then at the bottom there is a link for creating 6 x 71/2 greeting  cards. Select that, then on the next page select the yellow create button again. Next you will see tabs for all the different options ' season's greetings, Merry Christmas, baby, graduation, MORE etc' Select the MORE tab & scroll down until you see where the blank one that says 'Custom Template...place your photo here' and select that one (it is the very last option under the MORE tab). Then you will be able to select from your uploaded albums the photocard you want. So much easier than taking it into Costco and uploading to a Kiosk (in my opinion..) PLUS if you order this way, it ensures it will actually fit onto the photo card. When you upload it to the kiosk in person, you upload it as a 5x7...and because of the byline, when they print it, it will could potentially cut some of your card off. So really- just upload your template to Costco's website :) Happy cardmaking!

One last thing- any photo card (not just Holiday photocards) can be made in this size- which is a great deal for baby announcements etc. Just be sure to let me know if you want your card this size. Thanks!

Today I was in Costco and I found out something awesome!

Costco sells photo cards sized 6 x 7.5 in a set of 50 including envelopes for $14.99...

My Costco said they are willing to switch out my designs for theirs for the same price. SO, if you order photo cards from me, be sure to specify if you want them in the 6 x 7.5 size. (Or if you already have ordered them from me and you want the 6 x 7.5 size, let me know and I'm happy to resize them.)  To order my designs in the 6 x 7.5 size at Costco, just save the jpeg image to a c.d, flash drive etc and take it into your Costco photo center. Then upload it to a kiosk and order 1 (one) 5x7 size (yes- I meant 5x7, no, it will not print that size- it will print the 6 x 7.5 size)  and then take it to the photo center cashier and tell them you want that design instead of Costco's for your holiday photo card layout in the 6 x 7.5 size. It seems like a lot of work, but it only took me a few minutes to upload mine to their kiosk and then get in line and pay.If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks!

Happy Holidays
